Happy First Year MLYBT! :')

The day that marked the the friendship stronger than any other, the day that started something called, forever.

We were strangers, starting out on a journey...


Eto talaga 'yung mga moments na.. Awww. Ang sarap magreminisce. Akalain mong, one year na pala? Actually, one year and a day. Yung feeling na dito nagsimula ang lahat. So eto na nga yung kwento... 

MSBT: Pretty, kind, cool, happy, positive, gorgeous, curvaceous, admirable girls. These girls really strive to give their best in everything that they do. They never settle for anything less. Sila yung mga ladies na binusog sa humility ng nanay nila. Sila yung mga ladies na may joy joy joy down in their hearts. Sila yung mga namimiss ko ngayon. Sila yung, walang katulad. :') Sila na talaga. 
di ba masyadong halata na section ko 'to....

MLYBLY: Counterpart ng msbt. Boy version namin. Super babait ng mga tao dito. Napaka. As in. Yung tipong, pipicturan ka at your worst tapos, ipopost sa fb, tapos gagawan ng video.. Tapos, lolokohin ka na may pasok kahit wala naman talaga.. Yung mga gentlemen na hahayaan kang tumayo basta sila nakupo.. Yung tatawanan ka pa kapag may kagimbal-gimabal na nangyari sa'yo.. Ayon. Ganon sila kabait. :)) 

Sabayang Pagbigkas: Isang patimpalak para sa buwan ng wika na, sa totoo lang, kinareer 'to ng section namin.. 'Yung gabi na umuuwi dahil sa practices.. Yung kahit masakit sa katawan at bulsa.. Yung okay lang talaga kasi alam naming bongga yung kalalabasan..


Yung araw na ng contest: 'Yung  tipong 'yung ibang performers, manghang-mangha sa performance niyo. 'Yung tipong enjoy na enjoy na lahat ng tao sa performance niyo. Naalala ko pa, sabi nung isa sakin, "Wala na, gusto na naming umuwi, nakakawala na ng gana magperform." Tapos, sabi ko naman.. "Kapag yung performance niyo, mas maganda kaysa samin, 'di na tayo magkaibigan." Tapos, eto na, nagperform na nga sila... Eh jusko. Ano ha. Yung feeling na, alam mong yung mga sections lang namin ang naglalaban for the first place... After sometime, inannounce na rin yung winner tapos, tapos, tapos, second kami.. Sabi ko.. 'Di ako iiyak. 'Di ako iiyak. Tas may nakita akong umiyak.. Umiyak na rin ako. :'( Kasi, yung feeling na, akala mo sapat na yung binigay mo 'tas hindi pa pala... 


But despite that.. (And to cut the long story short) Pumunta sila sa room namin, tapos binigay nila yung trophy nila sa amin which really made us cry and... awwwww. as in, just the thought that binibigay nila sa amin yung trophy, ewan ko. Words aren't enough para i-describe e. Yung ang sarap ng feeling. Yung, ganon sila ka-thoughtful. Yung ganon sila kabait na ayaw nila makita kaming umiiyak na.. ahhh. *teary eyes right now.* After pa 'non, kinantahan pa nila kami ng Joy joy joy! 'Yung, enebe the best talaga tong Mlybly.

Dear MLYBT,
You guys know that I'll love you forever 'di ba? Na, despite what we've been through, kahit na hiwahiwalay na ang ilan sa atin, alam nating we are here for each other. Da best talaga kayo. Miss ko na kayo. Happy Anniversary! "If I had only one friend left, I'd want to be you.. " Kaya lang 'di lang kayo one.. Ayos lang naman 'di ba? :D  Kung may time machine lang, babalik-balikan ko yung lahat ng memories ng Mlybt. Kahit after ilang years, kahit gaano na tayo kalayo sa isa't isa, kahit anong mangyari, you'll have this special place in my heart.

'Cause staying up late or even not sleeping is a trend these past few weeks, this month's WP will contain the songs I usually play during lamay modes.

But before the playlist, I will first share some tips on how to successfully stay up late (or even not to sleep)

LAMAY MODE TIPS 101

#1 'Wag kang mag-aattempt na matulog bago gumawa. 

-Yung mga lines na.. "Tulog muna ako for 30 mins. tapos, gagawa na ko." 'Di effective 'yon pramis. 'Wag kang magtitiwala sa pag idlip. Tinatakam mo lang lalo ang sarili mo, resulting to lalong paghanap ng katawan mo sa tulog. Minsan pa nga, kugn minamalasmalas ka, 'dederetso na tulog mo at magigising kinabukasan. Kung gagawa ka, gumawa ka na. Mindset na na work. work. work.

#2 I-prioritize ang mga gagawin.

- Gawin muna yung mga bagay ng for the next day. Alangan namang gawin mo yung pang thursday tapos 'di mo gagawin yung pambukas? It's a matter of prioritizing things.

#3 Humanap ng pagkain / energy drink / drink na magpapagising sa'yo.

- Kape, Milo, Coke, Chocolates, Skittles? Meron 'yan. You just need to find it. Try niyo Gatorade + Extra Joss. :)

#4 Listen to songs like this.

Last Friday Night..

Yeah we danced on table tops..

And we took to many shots..

Think we kissed but I forgot..

Last Friday Night.

This has been the longest lapse between my posts. (yet) I never really thought that the lapse would be this long. My apologies. HUHUHU. :)

So the main reason for the blogless weeks was school. Typical school for fifteen year old students.. You know.. Practices, projects, homeworks, research.. All in one day. Just the typical things. Not enough sleep for four days.. Not sleeping for a day.. Nothing new. HAHA.

Naalala ko pa. Grabe may isang araw talaga na nakita ko lahat ng mga classmates ko. Tulaley. As in bangag. As in mga nakanganga. Mantakin mong natutulog 'yung mga tao sa likod nung isang subject. Mantakin mong ang mga 'dolls' ni mudra M. ay naging mga zombies. 

At this point in time, well deserved ng buong MNL ang rest. I mean. Rest na totoo. Hindi yung rest na peke. :)) Rest pero gumagawa pa rin ng mga bagay pampaaralan? Yung rest na rest na rest na rest. Yung tipong gagawin mo lang yung mga bagay na makakapagpasaya sa'yo buong araw.

Reasons why we need TRUE REST:

#1 We survived PT week but then we didn't have the chance to celebrate that much.

- 'Di ba pagkatapos ng isang paghihirap, karapatan ng taong magsaya dahil na overcome niya ito? 'Yon. 'Di kami masyadong nakapag party party dahil may something na dumating at kailangan naming unahin yonnn.

#2 We are no longer  dolls. ZOMBIES na.

- Mudra M called us zombies. Zombies. Dood. Kala ko ba dolls kami. Ganun na ba kami ka stressed? As in, eye bagsssss? Lalo ko napatunayan na zombies kami nung lahat kami gising pa nung madaling araw. As in. Teka, kala ko magpapalit kami ng dp na zombies..

#3 We accomplished two major projects in a week's time.

- Isang nung Wednesday at isang Thursday. Buti nalang napaki-usapan at naging Friday. Sobrang bait talaga ng aking godmother. HARHAR. Effor yun ha. Buti nga dun sa isa, nakatulog ako kasi tinapos ko nung sunday. Eh yung isa, jusko. Wala talagang tulugan. Derederetso. 

#4 Four days kaming kulang kulang ang tulog.

- Dahil nga sa sobrang daming ginagawa at sa practices, ayun, two hours, three hours.. Ganun lang yung tulog namin. Hobby na ata namin ang magpuyat? Yung feeling na bespren mo na ang kape at chocolates. Yung feeling na, dadating ka ng school nang maaga para ipagpatuloy ang mga gawain, kakain ka sa recess, magnanakaw ka ng idlip sa lunch tas gigising ka para gumawa ulit ng requirements. Yung ganong feeling ba..

#5 Yung hindi kami natulog nung Friday pero todo cheer parin kami for PCC's basketball team sa UCSAA.

-Super dooper major major cheer kami for PCC that time. Nga pala, season 1 ng UCSAA. Abangan niyo sa unTV yung game hahaha. *Di kami yung nagbato ng bote at the end of the game ha. Super duper saya 'non. Wala pa kaming tulog niyan ha! Ganun pala 'yon. Kapag wala kang tulog, mas nababangag ka kaya taas ng energy level mo. Lols. Wala nang kakabog pa sa energy namin nung araw na 'yooooon.

#6 Kahit wala kaming tulog antaas pa rin ng energy namin.

- Ayun nga, kapag pala wala kang tulog antaas ng energy mo? Makirot sa ulo pero, mataas pa rin yung energy. Ewan ko. Ako lang ba o.. Pero sila rin naman e. Bangag bangag nung 'di kami natulog. Ano, 'wag nalang kami matulog forever?

#7 One week ko silang kinantahan ng LAST FRIDAY NIGHT

- Hindi ko alam kung saan nagsimula ang pagkahumaling ko sa LFN ni Katy Perry. 'Di naman 'to ganun ka bago pero, alam mo yon. :)) Nung una ang alam ko lang ay.. LAST FRIDAY NIGHT. Tapos, nagresearch, nakinig. At ayon, kawawa ang mga classmate ko. Isang linggo *inlcuding weekends nila narinig ang LFN version ko. LOLS. Hahanap ako ng ibang kantang pwedeng idedicate sa kanila pero for the mean time, magtiis sila sa LFN. *insert evil laugh na todo todo here*

#8 We still manage to give our best in each of our endeavors despite the adversity we face. (Syet english yon.)

-Kidding aside, alam mo 'yon, kahit bangag na. Kahit puyat na. Kahit todo todong pagod. Kahit puro reklamo kami sa Twitter / Facebook / walang magawa eh ginagawa pa rin naman yung todong effort. Kaya lang naman kami nagpupuyat at 'di natutulog dahil binibigyan namin ng effort ang aming mga ginagawa. We do our best sa mga bagay na ipinapagawa sa amin. Yes we rant. Yes we make reklamo yes to everything negative na pwede nilang sabihin tungkol sa amin pero one thing's for sure, MNL never settles for less. Ibinigay talaga namin yung todo sa mga bagay na ginagawa namin. Samahan mo ang effort at excellence ng mga matatamis na ngiti at solb na solb na. WE NEVER FORGET TO SMILE AND TO STAY HAPPY. :DDDDD

Uy! HEHE ano kamusta na ang mga batang walang tulog? I-enjoy ang saturday ha! :> Let us stay happy and positive at ipagpatuloy lang natin ang pagbigay ng best sa lahat ng ginagawa natin. 'Yung paksyon na meron sa room (yung sabi ni sir.) alam kong unti unti nang nawawala!!! Kasi, yung kanina, jusko evidence yon. ANONG PAKSYON HA. Walang paksyon. IISA LANG ANG MNL at LAHAT KAMI SABAY SABAY, HAWAK KAMAY, susugurin ang tugatog ng TAGUMPAY. Makikita ni... At kakainin ang .... Saveh? :)) Basta, alam ko mawawala na yung paksyon na yon :> I-enjoy na muna naitn ang weekend at tayo'y magttrabaho muli next week! :) LEZ DO DIZ.  Happy Birthday Eunice! :)

A FATHER'S RULES FOR FINDING FULFILLMENT

Be courteous, be punctual, always say please and thank you, and be sure to hold your knife and fork properly. Others take their cue on how to treat you from your manners.

Learn from your mistakes. You will make plenty so use them as a learning tool. If you keep making the same mistake or run into a problem, you’re doing something wrong. 

Avoid disparaging someone to a third party; it is only you who will look bad. If you have a problem with someone, tell them face to face. 

Hold fire! If someone crosses you, don’t react immediately. Once you say something it can never be taken back, and most people deserve a second chance. 

Have fun. If this involves taking risks, so be it. If you get caught, hold your hands up. 

Give to charity and help those who are less fortunate than yourselves: it’s easy and so rewarding. 

Always look on the upside! The glass is half full, never half empty. Every adversity has a silver lining if you seek it out. 

Make it your instinct always to say ‘yes’. Look for reasons to do something, not reasons to say no. Your friends will cherish you for that. 

Be canny: you will get more of what you want if you can give someone more of what they desire. Compromise can be king. 

Always accept a party invitation. You may not want to go, but they want you there. Show them courtesy and respect. 

Never ever let a friend down. I would bury bodies for my friends, if they asked me to . . . which is why I have chosen them carefully. 

Always tip for good service. It shows respect. But never reward poor service. Poor service is insulting. 

Always treat those you meet as your social equal, whether they are above or below your station in life. For those above you, show due deference, but don’t be a sycophant. 

Always respect age, as age equals wisdom. 

Be prepared to put the interests of your sibling first. 

Be proud of who you are and where you come from, but open your mind to other cultures and languages. When you begin to travel (as I hope you will), you’ll learn that your place in the world is both vital and insignificant. Don’t get too big for your breeches. 

Be ambitious, but not nakedly so. Be prepared to back your assertions with craftsmanship and hard work. 

Live every day to its full: do something that makes you smile or laugh, and avoid procrastination.

Give of your best at school. Some teachers forget that pupils need incentives. So if your teacher doesn’t give you one, devise your own. 

Always pay the most you can afford. Never skimp on hotels, clothing, shoes, make-up or jewellery. But always look for a deal. You get what you pay for. 

Never give up! My two little soldiers have no dad, but you are brave, big-hearted, fit and strong. You are also loved by an immensely kind and supportive team of family and friends. You make your own good fortune, my children, so battle on. 

Never feel sorry for yourself, or at least don’t do it for long. Crying doesn’t make things better. 

Look after your body and it will look after you. 

Learn a language, or at least try. Never engage a person abroad in conversation without first greeting them in their own language; by all means ask if they speak English! 

And finally, cherish your mother, and take very good care of her.

"16 na 'ko eh"

Happy Birthday to my Big F Lorraine! :>

She's now 16 (but she really don't seem like one.) HAHAHA. We've known each other for like forever but our friendship deepened in second year. As part of her birthday celebration, we went to their new condo in Cedar Crest, inside Acacia Estates. Tell you, it is like several little Greenwoods placed in a larger well, actually 10x larger Greenwoods. Gets? The village has its own shuttle wherein the fare is 10 pesos. The jeepeney is allowed only at the gate of Acacia Estates. You then have to ride the shuttle from the gate of Acacia Estates going inside and eventually to the gate of Cedar Crest. After that, it is like a 3-5 minute walk to Lorraine's condo. Well, it would take time logging at the guard house. The place was awesome and lavish. Super lavish. 

What we did throughout the day:

-Went to school (facade) the universal meeting place. 

-Went to True Colors for our id pics. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PHIL. PASSPORT ID WHAT

-Saw Jean, Ira and Jana running. We actually thought they were hiding or something.

-Went back to the school.
-Saw the three mentioned above holding tiny cakes for Lorraine.

Awwww. :')

These cost like 50 php. only. I forgot the name of the bakeshop.. Sweet Berry? Haha not sure tho.

-Went to Lorraine's without Elsbeth.

-Traveled.

-Waited for ze shuttle. WHAT IS SOSSY.

*Alam mo yung feeling na first time mo maligo sa ulan tapos first time mo din mag planking? Ang malala, nasubukan mo na bang pagsabayin yung dalawa. Masakit siya. Hahaha.

*Alam mo yung feeling na ang saya saya niyong nagpahidan ng icing ng cake tapos, marerealize niyo na wala kaoyng dalang sabon...

*Alam mo yung feeling na sasabog na tiyan mo sa sobrang kabusugan...

*Alam mo yung feeling ng ang saya saya nung araw na 'yon na kahit nasigawan ako pag-uwi okay lang?

Happy Happy Birthday! I love you sososososmuch! Thank you for being the best friend ever! I will definitely treasure every single piece of memory we have. I hope that one day even if we part ways, that bond and that friendship will last like until the 8457486464645th year of our lives. Happy Birthday! 16 ka na!

It's almost one in the morning and here I am in front of the computer blogging. I mean, what kind of a blogger would I be if I would let my entries rot. So here I am, blogging about random things.

*Okay, so our class is strictly under this 'Speak English Campaign' To start off, we have 100 points, and for every Filipino sentence, minus 1 and Filipino phrase, minus .5... 

What if's:

CASE I:

"We haven't checked it pa EH." - Does this have a demerit?

The answer is.... No. EH is not counted. Other Filipino words like NAMAN, 'DI BA, KAYA and HA are also, not counted for the demerits. (Wait, this is based on what I understood ha. )

CASE II:

"I'm like, *does the quotation mark action* NALILITO." - Our teacher said that it is a big NO NO to do the quotation mark action. HAHA ^ ^

No more case. I'm tinatamad na olredi.

Opportunity knocks but once.

"Kapag 'di nagbigay ng libreng form, 'di ako magtetest. Kapag nagbigay, ibig sabihin meant to be." And yes, a free form was handed to me  after our campus tour and seminar at the Ateneo De Manila University. Amen. Tatanggi ka pa ba? Eh, eto na o. Ayan na sa harap mo. :)

We had this seminar... At first, I was like okay. Seminar... Pero habang tumatagal yung araw parang.. Ah. Okay, WOW. ETO NA TO. THIS IS IT. Hindi naman kasi ako 'yung tipo na, "Ay etong univ ang gusto ko kase......" Actually, wala akong super favorite na school tulad ng ibang mga batchmates ko. Ewan, parang 'di talaga ako yung tipo na ganon... Pero, after this day, at least alam ko na sa sarili ko na. Eto, eto gusto ko. Eto talaga. Hindi ko alam kung bakit. Basta feel ko gusto ko 'to. Alam mo 'yung kapag naghahanap ka ng isang pair ng magandang sapatos tapos yung fit na fit, tas pagtinignan mo ang ganda.. basta, yung alam mo nalang na.. eto na talaga 'to. Ganon yung feeling. :)

Ansaveh ng batang sobrang saya dahil first time niyang makapunta ng Ateneo? Magalit na kayo pero first time ko talaga. HAHAHAHA. And I thank God and the school for the opportunity. :>

I also bought a wristlet from Ateneo. Hihi. I wanted to buy a shirt but you kno, money. Money is the root of all evil. 



Alam mo 'yung feeling na after nung lahat ng ginawa namin sa Ateneo, masasabi mo nalang bigla sa sarili mo.. "Gusto ko 'to." Ganon ang feeling ko. Ewan. Basta. Yung feeling mo sana 'yun na. Bahala na si Lord. :)
