September is Awesome

It's been a while since my last post. Friends, it is really hard to top a post about the greatest friendship ever told. What could top MLYBT's 1st year Anniversary? Well, I think it would be the reunion (which is coming so soon). But for now, I just want to share how awesome September has been for me. This is my blog anyway.. *insert whistling emoticon here* 

First on my list is...

SAYAWIT COMPET = CHAMPIONS!

Though this happened during the month of August, I would still include it here. Bear with me okay? :) All the hard work, the practices, the body pains, the sleepless nights were worth it. We actually came to the contest to win! Not third place, not second place but the first place! At last! The girls won over the boys! We still love Lipa, though Honestly, at first we thought that Lipa would a better presentation. Just like the Sabayang Pagbigkas scenario. We prepare with costume and all, they come in their PE shirts, pants and bandanas and they win. Hehe joke lang. Yung feeling na, baka maulit yung sabayan.. Baka maiyak nanaman kami. Finally! Quits na rin kami. No less than no greater than symbols. Just a simple equal sign.

Yung una akala ko talaga second na naman kami sa Lipa. Eh kasi, may isang teacher sinabi na yung sa Lipa, ganito, ganiyan.. Alam mo yung kinakabahan. Jusmio marimar de eskabeche. Yung baka pagperformance na, wala nang energy.. Yung baka may magkamali.. Yung baka walang kumanta.. Lahat ng pwedeng maisip na mishap, naisip ko na ata nung mga moments na 'yon. Pero, thank God, Champions ang Dolls!

Belat panalo kami. De joke.Ayan, quits na tayo ha. One all hehe. Last year na naman e. Buti pinanalo niyo na kami.. HAHA.  Ang ganda rin nung sa inyo! As in. Sana pwedeng combined noh? Thanks nga pala sa pagsalo nung sa 21. Hehe. Labyuol.

Next in line is...

Our very awesome MLYBT shirt. I mean, come on guys, we waited for this shirt for almost 5 or even 6 months. That great feeling that.. FINALLY! :') The long wait sure was worth it. I mean, what shirt could even top this huh? WHAT.

And yes, this was labored within 5-6 months. Hologram shirt FTW.

Actually, we also consider September as MLYBT Appreciation Month.. But then again.. Every month is MLYBT Appreciation Month okayyy. :)

Next up...

The successful opening of the Science Month... As part of the Pasig Catholic College - Physics Association (PCC-PA), we were tasked to plan, organize, execute (and every other word that goes along with it) the said event. Though the opening was not flawless, it was still successful and the student's were able to play and enjoy the event even for just a few hours.

Fourth on my list is...

18th Division Secondary Schools Press Conference

Certificate of Participation, Certificate of Recognition, Winning Piece

Ang sarap nung feeling na hindi balewala yung pagsabak mo sa ganon.. Yung may naiuwi kang something. Yung, kahit papano nakapagbigay karangalan ka.. 'Nung una, 'di naman talaga ako umaasa na magkaplace yung isusulat kong article.. Yung parang, wala lang. I came there for the experience and kung manalo, bonus na ni God 'yon. Tapos, habang nagsusukat kami (first category) Pagsulat ng Lathalain, yung unti-unti nang pumasok sa isip ko na.. Gusto kong manalo. Maganda kung manalo ako. Sana manalo ako. Dapat manalo ako. Then, I just wrote what I felt. Yung, kung ano pumasok sa isip gora, yung kung anong dinidikta ng puso, sundin (nuxx).. Eh guess what. Social Networking yung pinaka iniikutan nung theme.. Tapos, nung Pagsulat ng Lathalain, lumipat na kami sa iba pang mga categories na mas madudugo.. To cut the long story short, my article placed 7th among 18 schools from the division of Pasig.. Each school has 2-3 representatives. So, parang, Thank You Lord talaga!! PCC bagged 7 different awards my friends. :')

Fifth on my list...

Report cards, congratulatory letter, merit cards!!! 

Actually, natatakot talaga ko. 'Yung parang 'bat pinadaan ko yung first quarter na ganon lang.. + All negatives thoughts times ten. After receiving le card and le merit cards, super thankful talaga ako. Kasabay ng pagiging thankful ay ang mind set na mas pagbutihin ang mga bagay bagay. :)

Sixth...

Yung.. INTRAAAAAAAAAAAMS! 

So we have this year-round intramural. This month's games are Volleyball and Basketball. Siyempre wala volleyball ako kasali. Siyempre 'di naman ako maglalaro kasi takot ako sa bola. Siyempre lampa ako. Siyempre ni jackstone nga 'di ako marunong e.... Going back.. 2 straight years na kaming champion ng Vball. 'Tis gonna be our threepeat. Nanalo kami kanina sa basketball. Eh siyempre si Eunice asamin.. Kaya niya nga ata tug-o-war kahit siya lang mag-isa e. Nako jusko, 'di niyo knowing kung gano kalakas 'tong it na to. Vball, mej 'di pinalad PERO DATAPWAT SUBALIT, babawi kami. We shall!!!! Wait may alam pala akong game... Yung roller coaster.. Yung tatakbo na parang hamster. Ano yun nalang laruin natin forever ano ha ano. :))

Ganto yung itsura ng Roller Coaster. Pero sako yung ginagamit namin. Sakong super laki.. As in.. SAAAAAAAKOOOOOO. Tapos, 10 players sa loob. Tapos ayon. Gugulong na kayo.

To sum it all up, the half of September has been very very awesome. Lahat ng positivity nasa September na ata. Next week, Jail Apostolate, College Fair. The week after that, OUTBOUND!! The greatest school activity ever!! Will blog about that siyempreee. 

Depende sa tao kung gaano ka-awesome or ka-great magiging ang mga buwan na dadaan sa buhay niya. I mean, nasa mindset rin kasi 'yan e. Nasa, thinking, way of living.. Ganon. Kase, isipin mo, start a day na badtrip ka, all through out, badtrip ka na talaga at lalo lang lumalala ito as the day goes by. Eh pano pa kaya kung yung buwan mismo? Ang pangit. Ang negative. Dapat, lagi lang positive. Sige nga, anong kabutihan ang maidudulot ng negativity at pessimism sa buhay ng tao? Wrinkles lang dala 'non mga friends. 

Always wear a smile. Always look for the brighter side of everything. 

Hindi ka ginising ng Diyos para sumimangot.
